  • Unless you are in an all-inclusive Citigarden Serviced apartment you will be responsible for :

    • Water rates bill

    • Council tax bill

    • Electricity bill

    • Telephone line and broadband

    • TV and TV license

    • Personal Contents Insurance

    • Inventory charges

  • The security deposit is usually one month’s rent. You will receive confirmation that it has been deposited with the Deposit Protection Service, so you know that your money is safe.

  • Parking is available on a separate contract. Prices are competitive and vary depending on the length of the contract. Parking is secure and accessible 24 hours a day.
