The modules are constructed in an 8000m2 modern factory, which has multiple lines producing multi-storey bespoke volumetric steel structured buildings. These flat/modules are built to client specification and can have an unsupported clear span up to 12 meters, ceiling heights up to 3.3 metres and can be finished in most forms of cladding including glass, brick and steel.
Airborne and impact sound transmission far exceeds the criteria laid down in part E of the Building Regulations. Ventilation is supplied by a tilt and slide door, which is installed in the curtain walling system; this curtain wall makes one wall to the living area. All modules/apartments are delivered on site fully fitted and ready for permanent installation and simple connection to services.
