RENTALS
What bills and charges will I have to pay on top of my rent?

How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is one month’s rent. After paying it, you will receive confirmation that it has been deposited with the Deposit Protection Service, so you know that your money is safe.
Is parking available?
Parking is available on a separate contract. Prices are competitive, and vary depending on the length of contract you are willing to sign, so you should enquire at your viewing. The parking is fully secure and accessible 24 hours a day.
Do you have problems with noise?
We rarely have problems with disturbances, thanks to our management team on site every day and our security patrols each evening.
Can I get internet access?
You have a variety of options available to you when it comes to using the internet in your apartment. Please enquire at your viewing.
How soon can I move in?
The first step, once you have decided on your apartment, is to fill out an application form. This form will ask for details such as your previous address, employment status and so on. If you are not employed, are a student, cannot prove your income or have an insufficient income to maintain your rent payments, you will require a guarantor, who should be based in the UK. Then, once you have paid a holding deposit (the first week’s rent, which will be deducted from your first month’s rent) and the application fee (£117.50) we can begin drawing up your tenancy documents.
We will require 24 hours to draw up your documents. After they are ready, you need to sign them all and pay the remainder of your initial payment. Once this is done, you will be handed the keys and you are free to move in.
