Before you check availability and book online for your stay at Citispace, there are a few things we’d like you to know.
During the booking process, we ask for your time and method of arrival. This is important as if you arrive outside of normal office hours, we will arrange for someone to welcome you and provide you with the keys for your apartment. If you don’t have an exact time, just guess - you can always let us know if this changes.
We will also take debit or credit card details at this stage. Your card will be charged when your reservation is processed, usually within 2 business days of your booking being made. We will charge for the first seven
nights of your booking or for the full stay if this is less than seven nights. We will also charge for car parking if this has been selected. Charges will appear on your statement under the name 'Byron Developments'.
