A tall order – The Citispace design team in partnership with leading professionals have risen to the challenge and the Citispace Urban Apartment is now a reality with the first major scheme completed in Leeds during 2006
The scheme in Leeds represents the first generation of Citispace Urban Apartments to become a reality. The units are capable of being designed into almost any scheme and location, particularly where a lightweight solution is required: modular construction is now producing a level of quality, speed and consistency that increasingly cannot be matched by traditional methods.
The modules are constructed in the factory using a lightweight galvanized steel framework and the entire structure complies with the latest Building Regulation requirements and is capable of achieving Premier Guarantee or NHBC warranties. Each apartment is totally self-contained structurally and all party walls, floors and ceilings have a minimum one hour fire rating.
